FONDS JAPONAIS POUR LES MICRO- PROJETS

              L’ambassade du Japon met à la disposition des groupes organisés  une assistance financière non remboursable appelée don pour petits  projets locaux afin de les aider à exécuter des projets en faveur des populations à la base dans des domaines concernant l’amélioration des besoins humains fondamentaux, comme construction, aménagement ou équipement des écoles, formations sanitaires, centres de formations  sanitaires, centres de formation professionnelle, petits ponts, forages, etc.......
                  Fondé depuis 1993, ce fonds a déjà appuyé 151 projets jusqu’ en mars 2018 et a également contribue au développement et à l’amélioration du niveau de vie des populations défavorisées. Pour ce fonds, la demande est généralement très élevée et largement supérieure à l’offre .Nous recevons environ 100 projets par an  parmi lesquels, seuls cinq à six peuvent être financés. Par conséquent, seuls les projets qui cadrent avec les objectifs de ce mécanisme sont prioritaires. Le plafond de financement par projet étant de 43.500.000 FCFA

TYPES DE PROJETS FINANCES



  • Projets de construction, réhabilitation, et/ou équipement,
  • Projet de développement socio-économique à savoir, Education( école ), sante (formation sanitaire ), Eau( forage et adduction d’eau), Agriculture (magasin de stockage ),Formation professionnelle (centre de formation professionnelle),transport (petits ponts), économique (petite industrie pour créer des revenus )etc..........
  • Projet dans un but d’amélioration du niveau de vie des populations à la base,
  • Projet en faveur des populations défavorisées,
  • Projets qui peuvent être exécutés en 12 mois maximum.

Bénéficiaires potentiels

Tous les organismes à but non lucratif et apolitique:

  • Les ONGs locales et internationales,
  • Les centres de formation professionnelle,
  • Les GICs (Groupes d’initiatives communes), les organisations communautaires de base et les comités locaux de développement,
  • Les formations sanitaires ou éducatives,
  • Les collectives locales,
  • Les municipalités.

Le don pour petits projets locaux couvre uniquement les frais relatifs au projet, les autres dépenses ou avenants devant être couverts par le demandeur lui-même .Tous les articles finances dans le projet sont décidés en concentration avec l’Ambassade.

JAPANESE FUND FOR MICRO-PROJECTS







The Japanese Embassy Cameroon provides organized groups with non-repayable financial assistance called small local project grants to help them carry out grassroots projects in areas related to the improvement of basic human needs, as construction, development or equipment of schools, health facilities, health training centers, vocational training centers, small bridges, boreholes, etc .......

Founded in 1993, this fund has already supported 151 projects until March 2018 and has also contributed to the development and improvement of the standard of living of disadvantaged populations. For this fund, the demand is generally very high and well above the supply. We receive about 100 projects a year, of which only five to six can be financed. Therefore, only projects that fit the objectives of this mechanism are priorities. The funding ceiling per project is 43,500,000 FCFA


TYPES OF PROJECTS FINANCED



  • Construction projects, rehabilitation, and / or equipment,
  • Socio-economic development project namely, Education (school), health (health facility), Water (drilling and water supply), Agriculture (storage warehouse), Vocational training (vocational training center), transport (small bridges) ), economic (small industry to create income) etc ..........
  • Project aimed at improving the standard of living of the people at the base,
  • Project for disadvantaged populations,
  • Projects that can be executed in 12 months maximum.

 All nonprofit and apolitical organizations:
  • Local and international NGOs,
  • Vocational training centers,
  • ICGs (Common Initiative Groups), community-based organizations and local development committees,
  • Health or educational institutions,
  • Local groups,
  • Municipalities

  • SIGNING OF GIFT CONTRACTS: SEPTEMBER 2019


The grant for small local projects covers only the expenses related to the project, the other expenses or endorsements to be covered by the applicant himself. All the articles financed in the project are decided in concentration with the Embassy.
